We currently ship Australia-wide only.

All orders are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for printing and handling before your item ships.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–8 business days, depending on your location.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

We ship to all Australian states and territories.

Return & Exchange Policy

At 3D Tribe Designs, each item is made with care — but if something arrives damaged, we’ve got you covered.

We only offer refunds for items that arrive damaged.
To request a refund:

Take a clear photo of the damaged item as soon as you receive it.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with the photo and your order details.
Return the item to us (you’ll receive return instructions once your claim is approved).

Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund promptly.

We currently do not offer exchanges unless the product is damaged on arrival.
